Date Triggered Journeys

  • Email sent out on the member's birthday.

  • Email sent out to all rewards checking members without eStatements on the 15th of each month.

  • Memberversary email sent out on the anniversary of their membership open date.*

  • Email sent out to members 60 days before their 18th birthday to talk about the transition to an adult account.

  • Email sent out on a member's 60th birthday to talk about retirement specific products.

  • Email sent out to all members who qualify for skip a pay on a specific date each year.

*you can use the field "years of membership" to personalize this message with the exact number of years of membership.

Onboarding Journeys

  • New member onboarding journey (can include just a welcome email or a whole journey of emails spread out over 12 months or more)

  • Separate onboarding journey for new indirect members

  • New credit card journey (can include a reminder to acitvate their card if not activated yet)

  • New auto loan journey (can include information on how to make their first payment)

  • New checking account journey (can include information on how to sign up for digital banking, eStatements, direct deposit etc.)

Inactivity Journeys

  • Email to all members who haven't used their debit card in 30 days.

  • Email to all members who haven't logged in to digital banking in 60 days.

  • Email to all members who haven't made a HELOC transaction in 12 months.

  • Email to all members who haven't had any activity on their account for 15 months.

Operational Journeys

  • Loan payment reminder email to go out 5 days before the due date.

  • Email to go out after signing up for eStatements.

  • Email to go out to members when their account goes negative.

  • Email that goes to members who recently opened a debit or credit card but have not yet activated it yet.

Survey Journeys

  • Send a weekly survey to a random selection of members who made an in-branch transaction over the past week.

  • Send a weekly survey to all members who closed their account in the past week.

  • Send a monthly survey to a random selection of members who opened a loan in the past month.

Miscellaneous Journeys

  • Email to all members who had a recent address change to talk about shared branching and digital banking etc.

  • Email to all members who paid off their auto loan in the past 6 months and have not opened a new auto loan yet.

  • Email sent out 90 days before their next auto loan maturity date if a member hasn't opened a new auto loan in the past 6 months.

  • Email sent out 30 days before their next certificate maturity date.
